Here at All Foils, we supply brass in Alloy 260. Our brass is available in gauges from 0.002" to 0.010" with other gauges available upon request, and in tempers from annealed through 1/2-hard. We have the capabilities to supply the material on fiber, steel, aluminum, and plastic cores from 1-5/16" to 20" inner diameters. Brass, which has been known to humans since prehistoric times, is a substitutional alloy made of copper and zinc. Brass has a yellow color and is relatively resistant to tarnishing. It is a malleable and ductile and has become one of the most widely used copper-zinc alloys. Almost 90% of all brass alloys are recycled today.
