Here at All Foils, we supply nickel in Alloy 201. Our nickel is available in gauges from 0.0007" to 0.025" and in annealed and full hard tempers. We have the capabilities to supply the material on fiber, steel, aluminum, and plastic cores from 1-5/16" to 20" inner diameters. First discovered in 1751, nickel is a silvery white slightly magnetic metal that usually takes on a high polish. Nickel is of medium hardness, a high degree of ductility and malleability, a resistance to chemical and atmospheric corrosion, and a fair conductor of electricity and heat. It belongs to the transition metals, and is chiefly valuable for the alloys it forms.
